I worked at Mphasis as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary and Benefits Package adequate for the opportunity. Work at home time on Fridays a great benefit to those who had to commute long distances

    Cons

Project in competition with a Server Upgrade occurring simultaneously caused issues - projects should have been combined to ensure completion on time.

    Advice to Management

Clear direction on activities would have improved the efforts as well as the overall morale of the employees. Time spent after normal business hours due to availability of Team Members should have been recognized by the Management Team.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mphasis (Pontiac, MI (US)) in August 2017.

    Interview

Very simple and fairly easy. Not many technical questions or indept drilling. Interviewer is very lax and makes you feel comfortable. Interview did not last longer than 20 minutes and the interviewer has a conversation with you more than drilling you on how to do things.
