    Recommends

I have been working at NTT DATA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a bad salary, tuition assistance program, great medical benefits, lots of support behind you.

    Cons

The only con I would have it the time it takes for new employees to actually start "working". Taking 4 -5 weeks before a new employee even has the proper credentials to do their job is a little ridiculous. The days start to get long and motivation starts to deteriorate when one comes to work with nothing to do for weeks on end.
