I worked at NTT Ltd. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great work atmosphere, good people, great benefits.

    Cons

Other than being part of the first phase of lay-offs, no negative experience. Moving on to Azure has eliminated the need for infrastructure cloud services.

    Advice to Management

I wished I coulda stayed on.

    Senior Client Manager Interview

Anonymous Employee in San Diego, CA (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at NTT Ltd. (San Diego, CA (US)) in February 2014.

    Interview

    1 step: Telephone interview
2nd step: face to face with local sales manager
3rd step: interview with Service Manager
4th step: interview with engineers and possible sales reps.
5th step: interview with AVP (not always)

The process was very common to other companies out there. The experience was enjoyable and not out of the ordinary.

    Interview Questions

    • Questions were centered around professional areas of expertise, understanding of space, and overall approach to sales. Also spoke at length about personal life balance things.   Answer Question
