    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nando's UK & IRE (Putney, England (UK)) in September 2014.

    Interview

The interview was relaxed and informal. The team interviewing us were clear and concise with what they wanted us to do and the day was broken down giving all of the candidates a chance to mingle and meet the team that we were hoping to be working with. We were able to ask lots of questions and this helped in the interview.

    Interview Questions

    • I remember being given a scenario of an angry customer who was calling up after having a bad experience at one of the restaurants, and asked what would you do in this situation?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I didn't really need to negotiate as i was already temping for the company and familiar with their process. the offer was great and just what i needed at just the right time
