I have been working at Nasdaq full-time (More than a year)
Love the location, love the people, the company is very transparent with respects to relying information.
Not much of a con, but you definitely have to be a self-starter. Not much training or transition from one position to the next.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nasdaq (Rockville, MD (US)) in January 2016.
Phone interview and then an in person interview. Both very straight forward, all behavioral questions. Just be out going and personable and be able to describe your experiences in a way that shows your skills are valuable to the job.
