    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Persistent Systems (India) (Santa Clara, CA (US)) in October 2011.

    Interview

    There was written test focusing on computer science basics, this test may not be required for people with more than 3 years of experience I guess
    Then 2 technical interview rounds focusing on
    Second level interview with hiring manager or some one from Sr. Manager
    And interview with HR
