Good company culture, friendly and helpful colleagues, some nice perks like free coffee and employee socials, great place to start your career
Most lab techs start as contractors, so you will probably have to work here for several months before you can access all of the benefits available to permanent employees, but it seems like the odds of getting a permanent position are good.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Branchburg, NJ (US)) in February 2020.
Applied on-line for a position in New Jersey and was contacted by a HR rep based out of state (via email and phone). This HR rep did an intitial phone screen.
