I have been working at Roche as an intern (Less than a year)
A lot of exposure because it is a multi national Pharma company (MNC) and hence a lot of new opportunities, very helpful and humble colleagues providing you with the right guidance.
Although an MNC, slight disadvantage in terms of language, Deutsch is insisted a lot more often than English should be.

I applied online. I interviewed at Roche (Penzberg (Germany)) in January 2019.
First telephone interview, then two different elimination steps that I wasn't able to experience. During the interview, there were two interviewers. They have asked really general questions to figure out my personality and working style. They told that in 1-2weeks I was going to get a positive or a negative answer. However, they didn't contact me at all. When I tried to contact them to get an answer, I got nothing. Even when I was rejected, I didn't get an email or a call about it. I saw that on the system later on.
