I have been working at Roche as a contractor (More than a year)
I felt like I was one of the full-time workers and was included at every single company event. The company is a constant hub of activity with people walking from meetings and labs to lunch and to go on walks. Pretty easygoing and fun place to work.
Sometime work starts to feel repetitive and corporate structure responds slowly to problems.
Advice to Management
Have a fast response system in place to solve problems with lab equipment.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Roche (San Jose, CA (US)) in March 2018.
Roche was refreshingly professional and considerate of a candidate's time. Very pleasant to interact with, on the phone and in-person. The interview process was somewhat typical and moderate in terms of difficulty. The company seems to offer good base salaries and benefits.
