I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Salt Digital Recruitment (Sydney (Australia)) in May 2017.
Interview
Interviewed for a role that was advertised through them. Went through a few stages of interview (phone, in person, internal panel) and felt they weren't the most professional recruiters out there.
Couple of people that I spoke to were too green for the field - considering this was a senior position and I would expect a consultant doing his homework before asking about key skills, project outcome and domain knowledge.
