I worked at Samsung Electronics America part-time (Less than a year)
Fun and a great learning experience. Fairly laid back and easy as long as you talk to customers. Management is great about working with your schedule and giving time off. Samsung culture was good, however you're more submerged in Best Buy's culture as an SEC.
Weekdays could be painfully slow. Limited training and often stressful whenever working alone. No matter how great your Samsung co-workers and managers were, a good work life was primarily dictated by whichever Best Buy you're placed at. Layoffs happened unexpectedly and were by tenure and had nothing to do with performance. And unfortunately, I was affected.
Advice to Management
More extensive and in depth training would be beneficial.
