I worked at Sitel full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Coaches are dedicated to their team. It's a job you want to get up and go to. Not for competitive pay and a great benefits package for you and your family

    Cons

Pay could have been better. I was stuck at the cap which was also minimum wage is that how to increased.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sitel (Caribou, ME (US)) in August 2017.

    Interview

I was called for an interview for the following week, I arrived early and was welcomed into the lobby to wait for my interview to start. The lobby was large, with arcade machines, a pool table, and a TV with cable and an Xbox one. I was asked a variety of questions by a panel of managers that worked in the campaign that was hiring. Customer service experience, work ethic, computer knowledge, and schedule availability were the main topics. After a short deliberation I was offered a position and given instructions on how to accept the position and get a background check online. The Friday before I started they called me to tell me my hours for the following week and welcome me to the company.
