    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo (Buffalo, NY (US)) in March 2012.

    Interview

Lots of interviews: first a phone screen with HR. Then a group in-office with local team; then a video panel interview with remote executives; then a one on one video interview with remote HR; then another one on one with a remote executive; then another with local team. Exhausting.
They gave me two personality tests: a Myers-Briggs and team-oriented one.
