    Approves of CEO

I worked at Sodexo as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are very welcoming and supportive. Loved the mission and regular commitment to values. Most people there are high quality. Absolutely loved the CEO even though I never met him. He did a stellar job navigating communications during a terrible time -2020.

    Cons

A few abusive people are tolerated for far too long. It can be difficult to avoid stepping on someone’s toes as there are a lot of politics to be aware of. This may be normal corporate culture but I have never worked in a Corp environment.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of toxic people quickly. Focus on results. Encourage management not to shut down ideas and strategic thinking but to find a way to let it flow.
