I worked at State Street full-time

    Pros

Work hard, well paid. Great health-care and benefits. Generous yearly bonus

    Cons

Not for the faint hearted. A lot of unpaid extra time, but unfortunately it's standard for this kind of work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at State Street (London, England (UK)) in August 2019.

    Interview

I applied online and got approached by an HR pretty quickly. After 2 rounds of face to face interviews with the hiring manager, a senior HR and the head of the department and even though having made it to the last round, I haven't received any response on their hiring decision. Even though they told me that they would come back to me within a week with a response, it's been a month and still no response. I tried to contact them multiple times but was unsuccessful. It is such a negative experience and I really don't understand why would companies treat experienced applicants like that - especially when they have spent time and resources for 3 rounds of interviews. Really unprofessional.
