Employees rate North Quincy 22.8% lower than the overall average
I have been working at State Street part-time (More than a year)
Great pay, intelligent managers, a lot of interns that are the same age
Strict deadlines, but working here in general is great
Advice to Management
Give more opportunities to interns. Keeping interns for a year makes State Street a phenomenal company, because it shows you care about us!

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at State Street (North Quincy, MA (US)) in June 2016.
I had sent my resume to the reporting manager of the position. I was given a 30 minute phone interview with the reporting manager. However I was not offered in-person interview. I was asked for detail of my qualifications and experience.Experience was good.
