I have been working at TEKsystems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Close knit culture, 13 week training, career advancement, recently increased base and commission structure, great coworkers, relationship and quality driven.

    Cons

This is a high input, high output company. Not for people who aren't willing to put in the work. However, you will be rewarded when you do.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Austin, TX (US)) in July 2010.

    Interview

This was AWFUL! The interviewer was a JERK! I thought we had a really great interview. I interviewed on a Wednesday and he said to call that Friday to discuss the next step in the interview process. I called, emailed, called the following week, emailed and NOTHING! I believe that is EXTREMELY unprofessional and looks very bad for the company.
