I have been working at TELUS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Team members are capable and willing to help. Most people are young and hard working. Work from home flexibility with great benefit. A lot of internal positions to explore

    Cons

    # of days of vacation being less than financial industry

    Advice to Management

consider matching the base vacation to 20 days to the financial industry would be great to engage everyone

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TELUS (Toronto, ON (Canada)).

    Interview

How the company treats its interviewees is a reflection of who they are. HR will set a specific time to interview you and doesn't bother with giving you other time options and don't ask when you are free. Also, they sent me an excel spreadsheet to work on a Friday afternoon to test me and i had to do it over 2 days, meaning i have to take my weekend to do it. It just shows the lack of respect for interviewees and lack of work life balance to ask interviewees to work on the weekend. Luckily, i didn't join them. Manager was probably a bully. I feel sorry for him/her life.
