    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Tata Consultancy Services (San Diego, CA (US)) in January 2014.

    Interview

The interview was very relaxed. They mostly wanted to know if my personality matched with the company's expectations. They want someone who is intelligent, willing to learn, excited about new opportunities. Above all, they need someone who is flexible enough to work anywhere. Overall, the interviewer looked at my resume, and asked me questions about each project I worked on.
