    Pros

Such a great team to be apart of!

    Cons

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to do as much community outreach due to COVID. We did do a blood drive, food drive , and will do a toy drive.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at The Valley Management Group (Tempe, AZ (US)) in June 2021.

    Interview

The interview process was pretty smooth. After applying I was contacted by a personal recruiter who was very professional and then sent a link to schedule a preliminary meeting with a director. The meeting was very informative and enjoyable. From there we moved on to the actual interview with an account manager where we discussed the opportunity in more detail.
