I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (More than 8 years)
The work culture at Thomson Reuters is one of the best that I have experienced. The importance given to work-life balance is what has kept me going for over 9 years.

The organisation can try to break communication barriers between various sites and departments to better leverage the technology and skill sets. Should ideally aim to keep up with the ever-changing technology, globally.
Advice to Management

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters (Sydney (Australia)) in May 2017.
I had applied online. Received email with in a week after applying for a face to face interview. I was interviewed by two leads. Interview was well structured to analyze the depth of software implementation understanding of an individual. it went on for an hour, as planned. In the end I was happy with the way I performed. Bad part is that they didn't respond to me on the outcome even weeks after completing the interview. My requests/reminders didn't help.
