I have been working at Twitter full-time (Less than a year)
I could go on for a while about why Twitter is a great to work, I feel as though all of my friends are sick of hearing me talk about it. The pay is great, the perks are great, the tech and people are great and the food is amazing. :-) It's just great.
Large company. Offices are usually in the city so if you live outside the city get ready for the commute.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twitter (Cambridge, MA (US)) in June 2013.
Had four technical phone screens (coding in a shared document) before on site interview. Recruiter did a good job of rushing me through the process because I had another offer. Everyone was very friendly.
