I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twitter (London, England (UK)) in June 2016.
First interview with the developer manager on-site, he tested my experience and then asked a couple of easy algorithms.
After a week I have been contacted from the recruiter who told me I passed directly to the last step on-site where I got 5 interview with 5 engineers. First one was with the backend developer lead, she tested my experience and knowledges. All the other 4 interviews have been hold from a data scientist engineer, 2 iOS engineers and the iOS tech lead and they involved knowledges, algorithms and in some case unit tests.
After 15 days I got a call from the recruiter who said the wanted to offer me the role.
