This is a company with high standards and great pay. Great opportunity to advance into management if desired. Very reputable and you can feel proud to be an employee.
Cons
Very rigorous training, but it is paid for at top doller so worth it. It is also fairly difficult to become a full time employee. You have to work preload for atleast 6 mounths which is not enough income to support you without having a second job.
