I worked at UPS part-time (More than a year)
Pros
The benefits are great, and employer pays for them. Everyone is super nice and it's a repetitive job so once training is done it is the same thing every day almost. Lots of training is provided and all of the supervisors are helpful even the supervisor of the whole facility is friendly and helpful. Early morning shift or evening shifts make it easy to still be able to pick up or drop off kids in the morning.
Cons
The pay is low since the benefits are great and just now are they giving one dollar pay increase yearly. Abbreviations are used for everything and there will be constant testing of knowledge on all training. Not flexible hours. Benefits get pushed back first year if work is missed even if excused or due to Covid isolation.
