Employees rate Alpharetta 8.9% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Ultimate Software full-time (More than 3 years)
The company offers a lot to their employees. It's such a great place to work. We play hard but we work harder. The company's culture is unmatched; they truly care about their employees at the executive top.
Some divisions that are acquired are slow to grasp to the Ultimate culture which has caused some areas to seem as if they are on an island. I believe upper management can do a better job with integrating acquisitions and ensuring that all areas (management specifically) have a true idea of what the company culture looks like and how it should be carried over.
Outside of that; there are not many Con's and the one mentioned is very small in comparison to the overall organization as a whole and I believe this can be rectified soon because the executive definitely listens to employee concerns
Advice to Management
When I worked in the office; I would've like to have seen executive management from Ultimate when the acquisition occurred so that the company culture could have been present in the office faster than it was. It was hard for some of the upper leadership to grasp some of the amazing ideas the direction that was being presented from US so there was push back when there didn't need to be.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Ultimate Software (Alpharetta, GA (US)).
interviewed on three different occasions with 7 different managers/directors over a period of six months. After multiple follow ups, I haven't heard a definitive yes or no yet, so I remain optimistic. The interview process itself is not difficult, just time consuming. After meeting with various people, I was convinced that Ultimate was the place for me, so now I am just trying to find a way in the door.
