Employees rate Atlanta 0.2% higher than the overall average
I worked at Ultimate Software full-time (Less than a year)
Everything about this company is true! I was very happy to see that for myself. As temps you don’t have access to benefits but we asked a lot of questions about it and the perm employees are really taken care of at Ultimate. People are genuinely love working here and are happy. Never seen anything like it.
First two weeks of training, no one knew what our role would be responsible for and no one knew what information we did or didn’t need. Really learned what was useful along the way. I was kinda surprised how unorganized it seemed at the beginning but it all came together eventually. Other cons: temps don’t have any benefits; and can not partake in the employee referral bonus
Advice to Management
Provide more incentives to temps like partial benefits or referral bonuses. Many temps work a year or more at Ultimate, it would seriously help.
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ultimate Software (Atlanta, GA (US)) in May 2013.
Very quick hiring process; recruiter called on a Friday and scheduled a phone interview for Monday. Phone interview was behavioral (what does integrity mean to you, questions like that) and was asked to rate my skills in Microsoft Office suite (beginner, intermediate, advanced). The recruiter scheduled an in-person interview for the upcoming Friday at noon and I was offered the position at 3pm
