    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Highlands Ranch, CO (US)) in April 2021.

    Interview

The interview process was very thorough. I applied for the position online and was also an employee referral.
It took about 3 weeks to receive the email from the recruiter requesting the initial discussion about the role. Once I made it through that call, I had 5 more interviews with a couple Directors, the Hiring Manager, and other team members. From beginning interviews to end I would say it lasted about 3weeks. Everyone was very personable and easy to speak with. I've worked with two recruiters and a couple HR coordinators and I would say that their HR team is amazing! They are so supportive, easy to talk to, and really motivates you to push through the process. I'm excited to begin my journey with Visa.
