    Pros

CCH is moving their tax software to the cloud which makes it much easier to support. Supporting all prior years on accountants pcs can be challenging but CCH provided everything necessary to get the job done.

    Cons

The only con is the temporary nature of supporting software during tax season.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Wichita, KS (US)).

    Interview

I was brought on as a seasonal QA analyst and after about 9 months was hired full time. I had submitted my application for three full time positions. I interviewed for each with the department manager and another member from the department. One of the three wanted to hire me and I was offered a position via a phone call about a week later.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe how you would go about troubleshooting an application error for when you do not know anything about the application.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation. They offered and I accepted.
