The leadership style of the executive team is all about trust and credibility and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
Leaders do not hesitate to jump in and help if anyone encounters roadblocks.
The culture genuinely values work/life balance and treating employees as adults and valued contributors.
The company is privately-held and executive leadership has adopted a long-term vision. Leaders are not obsessively-focused on monthly or quarterly outcomes. This attitude from the top positively impacts how employees, clients and partners are treated.
There is tremendous upward mobility and advancement opportunity.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zoho (Pleasanton, CA (US)) in April 2016.
To be honest, there was not much of an interview. It ended up being more of a casual conversation with an upper-level executive. It was a good way to get introduced to the openness of company culture, but there also seemed to be a lack of specificity and direction to the conversation.
