I worked at Zomato full-time (Less than a year)
1. Know how to hustle
2. Learn new ways to sell.
3. Growth is good, but not all the way (Depends on where and how you show interest)
1. Long hours can happen if work isnt done
2. Can work weekends to meet clients, if you want to that incentive
3. Too much firing happens and thats because you havent shown interest in what you are doing or selling.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Zomato (Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)) in June 2015.
One round of interview with the business head. Process was fast since they were hiring and had a deadline and a targeted number of people to hire for the abu dhabi office. My interviewer was young and made me feel quite comfortable through the process.
