I have been working at Zomato as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company has a laid-back atmosphere with cool hard working millennials. Snacks are mostly free for me because of the foodie meet up events.

    Cons

Extended hours of working due to events.

    Advice to Management

The management is okay but needs to improve more on the human resource department

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Zomato (Manila, Manila (Philippines)) in February 2015.

    Interview

Quick and casual. I was poached from my former employer. I only had one interview. It was casual, conversational, not like a typical former interview, which gave me a look into how startups were managed. I was interviewed by the Country Manager right away as their HR/Recruitment was a previous colleague of mine.
