I applied online. I interviewed at 1Password (Canada)

recruiter screen, called 15mins late. spoke for like 5mins and got moved to next round. next round was hiring managers, can easily tell that they were very inexperienced and had no idea what they were doing. Rejected afterward, since the hiring manager saw experience individuals as a threat to their position. If you look on LinkedIn, more than half of 1Password's SDR / BDR members come from roles that aren't related to tech at all (retail jobs/servers / etc) and get hired instead of experienced SDR / BDR that have GTM experience. Seems like the type of organization who do these interviews to get ideas, such as cold calling scripts/strategies instead of actually hiring.basic sales questions and processes.
