I have been working at 360training full-time (More than a year)

Flexible hours, a focus on work life balance, work from home policy, enjoy the free breakfast on Fridays.. I was initially nervous when I first read some of the older reviews and it seems like company continues to grow proving all the other reviews to be negative venting . The company has made an effort in growing the right people from within and brought in some leadership

Some challenges in managing growth from old way of doing things to new way of doing things. Too many local and international offices creates silos and balls get dropped. I agree with one of the comments about Friday breakfast, healthy food would be a better choice.

    Advice to Management

360training has some talented and passionate people. Try to develop your people. On boarding people can use some help. Continue what you are doing to improve the culture and morale.

I applied online. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at 360training.

Covert, not interested in what I had to say about the market, just focused on what they wanted to hear. Unrealistic expectations when it comes to revenue and how to do it.
