    Pros

    - Good benefits
    - Beautiful office location
    - Plentiful company social events
    - Newly re-branded and fresh company image

    Cons

    - Poor leadership and executive management
    - Toxic culture of deceit
    - Innovation by staff is punished versus rewarded
    - Product lines are very mature and outdated with no sign of growth
    - There is no reward system
    - Evaluations are based on opinions of selected individuals versus results of work
    - No new developments or ideas are ever implemented due to management's inability to make decisions and take risks, projects seem to circle around and around with no end in sight

    Advice to Management

    - Create a performance system that values innovation and performance
    - Create teams of innovators
    - Remove executives that stifle forward motion and focus on politics and personal gain

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AACSB International in January 2011.

    Interview

The online application takes around an hour to complete and contains one of the behavioral tests. HR will conduct a brief phone interview with you if selected. Then you have three face to face interviews. Direct manager, one of the C-suite members (CFO, COO, CAO), then the CEO. It takes around a month to go through the full process possibly longer.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

From personal experience and others within they have a take-it or leave-it mentality when it comes to offers, raises, promotions.
