Getting laid off from Meta. But thanks to the severance (which is great), the cash in hand will increase to 1.3 Crore. Plus two properties. I'll get rent from one, live in another. No loan will be left. Monthly payout will be about 1L. Plus no loan car. I'm 41. Thinking of retiring after 5 years... What do you say Sharks?

Hi Sharks, Need suggestion I have absconded a company 5 years ago and worked there just for 11 days. Now while having interview with tcs they asked for the employment history screenshot in epfo. I sent them and they saw that company name entry thereafter they asked for relieving and experience letter. Now when I checked with employer which I absconded they are asking around 1.25 lakh for providing relieving and exp letter. Now i am in a dilemma whether to give the amount or not as it is huge.

Hi All my brother working in wipro since 1.5 years, wiithout any project allocated to him, since long he is on bench. Now he is worried about time wasted & nothing learned or not having any kind of experience. He wants to switch but how should he do that?? e is not having experience so should he go as a fresher?? r ahat big confusion. Please suggest if anyone.
