Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They changed the interview dates 3 times. They changed the JOB TITLE 3 TIMES during the interview process(after second and third interviews). And the worst part is, they ghosted me(unfortunately there is no professional way to describe this - I sent multiple emails and left notes on the phone and I haven't even received a 1 sentence email) after I spent more than 3 hours on multiple interviews. And I recently saw a new ad from the company with a similar opening(so they changed the name of the role again apparently). I believe it shows the respect they show to their employees. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the time spent by the interviewees.InterviewGave us a real-life example of the work you've done in... company
