    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AXA UK in June 2020.

    Interview

The interview process was very quick and efficient, being contacted within two weeks of the closing date, I had an initial telephone interview arranged, one week later a video interview and a final group meeting another week later.

The process was very friendly, AXA provided an interview preparation pack that details what you can expect from the interview ahead. The HR contacts, hiring manager and team were relaxed, but professional and the process was enjoyable.

The process end to end was about 1 month.

Company Updates

  • From leaving Thomas Cook and joining AXA, to working from home during a global pandemic – it’s been an eventful year for information security office, Kavita. We caught up with her to find out why she loves working in cyber security and why she thinks more women should join the industry.

  • To support our people when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the UK, we extended our emergency leave policy to 20 days. Catherine Halson, Product Governance Analyst, explains what a difference this made to her mental health while she’s been working from home and balancing her family’s needs.
