I have been working at Adobe full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pretty much everything about Adobe is a pro:

    - Adobe's culture is the biggest factor of it being the best place to work in India. - Everyone is super friendly and creates an environment that makes you want to stay at the office and working rather than going back home as soon as your 8-9 hours are over.
    - They have world class benefits that beats any company in India by a big margin.
    - You get fitness reimbursements for all your fitness related activities, gyms, equipments and memberships.
    - They have awesome Lunch and Dinner facility totally free of cost.
    - You also get cab drop facility in the evenings.
    - The office has an extremely positive vibe with its colorful interiors, recreation rooms, fully loaded pantries, regular events (sports, cultural and technical).

You will never feel you are in an office, its more like a college experience that one would never want to give up.

    Cons

Can think of only a few:
    - I worked in the Adobe Experience Cloud vertical and wanted to move to the Creative cloud vertical but that wasn't encouraged and it is next to impossible to make that shift.
    - The pay was a bit on the lower side as compared to the market but the work life balance and benefits and the culture of this company are so good that you can compromise on that a bit. Its totally worth it !

    Advice to Management

The management should be more open regarding internal mobility and allow people to make internal shifts based on their career aspirations. This way they will be able to retain almost everyone who ever joins Adobe.

Interview takes place over the phone first. If one clears phone interview, then he/she is called in for personal interview. There are about 5 rounds of interviews. Questions asked for technical position pertain to core computer science skills and to relevant experience areas. There is also 1 HR interview. Afterwards there is a selection meet where it is decided if the candidate is hire/no-hire
