    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alghanim Industries.

    Interview

GD's were conducted for the preliminary shortlisting. Out of a group of 8 two to three were being selected on an average. The topic were general mostly and sometimes technical. The interviewers were very professional. Post GD shortlisting was done on a ratio of 1:7. The PI's were pretty comfortable with not much technical questions. Asked previous experience and my interest of work.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing was unexpected as such but the most important question was what are your strengths that you would be bringing to the organisation that we can benefit from?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Mostly not negotiable. The offer itself was quite attractive from the start.
