Focus on talent retention within. Create more opportunities in term of individual growth.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Express (Kolkata).
Technical Round - The interview starts with some project from your resume and wades into detailed questions about the same. Preferably machine learning/ analytics
