Rest and unwind
Take the necessary down time you need to stay productive. On top of our 10 national holidays, employees get 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, plus 5 days of Volunteer Time off, and, your birthday off! We also practice a mandatory company-wide shut down between Christmas and New Years. For those of us who work in an office, managers are flexible with work from home options, and as an in office pick me up, we’ve got on-site massage therapists at your service! We also have a weekly run club, quarterly meditation series and a yoga club.

As a new graduate or intern at AppDynamics, you won’t be fetching any coffee, but you will be expected to dive into our codebase and make an impact starting from your very first day. This is the time to practice your skills, solve interesting technical challenges and work on cool products that millions of people actually use. You will be given the responsibility to work on critical projects, and build features from scratch and guess what, you get to determine all the architectural details on your own, meaning that you have the freedom to try what you want!At AppD, you will get a lot of creative space to try things your way, with our world-class mentors right there to guide you. University Recruiting Timeline For technical roles, our University Recruitment season and interview processes start in September. We usually fill most of our positions (full time and intern) by the end of December. Our interview process consists of:· A nontechnical informational chat (~20 minutes) with our UR Team· A coding exercise that takes about 2 hours· 2-3 technical In-person interviewsWe are able to give you a decision within a matter of days, so we won’t keep you anticipating for long!

Everything was very good until Cisco bought it
Frankly speaking it has no cons
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at AppDynamics (Bengaluru) in March 2018.
The process was nothing but a disappointment since I had a good impression of AppDynamics before interviewing with them.
The HR called to schedule an interview but failed to give confirmation on a time to me.
When it was finally rescheduled, the interviewer was very weird. He has a set of questions and would give me exact 10 min time while he goes away god knows where. He would come back after 10 min and ask me if I have solved it completely. If not, he would move on to the next question without even having a look at my work or discussing the problem. Whenever he did speak, there was a child crying in the background(it was a telephonic round and I guess he was taking the call from his home). They might as well have sent a hackerRank link if all they wanted was a binary answer.
All in all, a very horrible experience.
