I have been working at Artificial Solutions full-time (More than a year)
Pros
- An incredible platform, easily the best out there, hands down. It's gone through some major enhancements over the last couple of years, which have resulted in a phenomenal product
- The best asset, by far, are the people at the company. Many of them have been working at Artificial Solutions for 10+ years, which shows not only their commitment to the company, and it's success, but also the commitment the company shows it's people
- Recent listing on the Nasdaq First North has brought the company into an exciting time
- Offices are friendly, and everyone is incredibly welcoming to new starters. Everyone is always happy to help
- Ability to travel (Offices in Sweden, Barcelona, UK, US, APAC & Germany)
- Flexible working (hours & location)
Cons
- Senior Management team is very male dominant, however, there is a focus on diversity and many of the new roles are fitting this mantra. I would expect to see a balanced SMT in the future
- Career development path is not clear, however, this is something that you can control for yourself. If you identify opportunities to improve the way you work, i.e. courses or webinars, then you're enabled to follow these through
Advice to Management
Keep enabling customers to utilise the platform without barriers, either reducing cost to adopt or making available a freemium option to allow customers to understand the potential of the platform.
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Artificial Solutions (Barcelona (Spain)) in July 2017.
Interview
I received an invitation to interview with HR. The interview was very basic and did not challenge my experience. I tried to give a better overview of my experience, but the recruiter was not interested. She told me that she will be leaving the company and I will have a followup interview with the hiring manager who was for 3 weeks on holidays. I was waiting 6 weeks until I asked for feedback and a date for the interview. After I inquired, they send me a standard rejection letter - no apologies, no explaination.
