It's Infection Prevention Week and we want to say a big thanks to this team of dedicated associates who do so much to keep those we serve and each other safe. The pandemic has highlighted how critical these roles are -- it's not an easy job, but at each community these associates help set the foundation for good health and safety practices. They have many responsibilities, such as the oversight of the overall infection prevention program, surveillance for infections, outbreak management and prevention of infection throughout their communities.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Asbury Communities (Maryville, TN) in Jun 2019

    Interview

The phone interview and in-person interviews both went well and I was told they would conduct callbacks for a staff interview in two weeks’ time. After two contacts in follow up I was told they would “get back with me soon.” Over a month past that time and nothing...no further replies via email either. The job is still posted as open.
    Interview

When did I take on a big challenge and explain that.
