Disrespectful and unreasonable management with the incessant need to micromanage your every move and bully you until you feel 2 inches tall.
Board of Directors needs an overhaul
Overtime required at 1:1 for outreach events - some days are 18+ hours.
Don't count on ever seeing your bonus
Borderline unethical business negotiations and contracts
5-hour management meetings every 2 weeks
Advice to Management
Get rid of the toxic people in your organization - then maybe you won't be on the verge of driving the organization into the ground.
