Interview
Process was simple 1st round was with HR, she asked me general information about my background and salary. After that set up a meeting with some members design team. 2nd round they asked about my previous experience, and design process. Interview went great. After the interview, they gave me a brief for my design task, it was related to their brand. The design task felt like a real project to me, But i ignored it that time. I have completed the design task within the time frame and send back to them but after that I never heard back from them, they are not answering my emails. I think they just wanted to get a free design. You should not waste people's time if you are not going to hire them.InterviewTell me your design process.
