I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BYJU'S (Bengaluru) in June 2015.

If your application has been selected for an interview, a member of the department’s hiring team will contact you to set up a time. (If you don’t live in Yukon, initial interviews may be conducted by phone or Internet video.) Now, this is your chance to do some background research and to gather together everything you need to come to the interview confident and prepared.

Know the requirements for the position

Re-read the job description carefully, and ask your contact for any additional information. Make sure you have a solid understanding of all the responsibilities, skills, certification and knowledge required, and that you are able to accommodate the job’s location and hours. Visit the department site to get valuable information on its mandate, services and structure..

    Interview Questions

The answer is 0 to up to 15%, the latter being a vehicle that's been on the lot for a long time with any number of incentives. But considering you are shopping for an Audi (one of the shortest days-on-lot averages in the industry), you aren't likely to find deep discounts from negotiating.

Dealers make profit on new cars between 5-8% on average. Luxury brands can have bigger margins for dealers -- as high as 15% -- while some of the cheaper brands have low single digit margins. Or none, in some cases. You can find the invoice price of a vehicle by using a car shopping site (Edmunds, KBB, AOL Autos, etc), which is the price the dealership paid for the car. That won't give you a completely accurate number for what they need to get for it (the dealership has overhead, advertising, floorplanning and a lot of other things they need to pay for), but it's a good starting spot to figure out how low you can go.
