    Product Manager Interview

    Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Badoo (New Delhi).

    Interview

The company contacted me. The first round involved 2 interviews with 2 PMs.
    Second round involved assignment

Third round involved interview with Product Lead.

The interview process is quite structured. But they expect you to know everything that they do i.e. you should have worked in Badoo to get a job in Badoo which kinda becomes a catch 22.
The concept of learning about the domain on the job is not something that they are fine with.
The selection process is more abt finding how a candidate is not suitable for the role instead of seeing how the candidates suits the role and if he/she can learn the missing things on the job
