Pros
Bamboo's values help all employees stay on track and make the best decisions for the business. They empower us to have good conversations, make our interactions count, to always do the right thing, and to become better people at work and at home. They sincerely care about all employees and you can feel that in the ways that they openly communicate.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. BHR management works hard to manage the extensive growth and expectations reasonably, so no complaints here.

I am still in the interviewing process, but I had a brief talk with Justin about the sales position and sales at BambooHR. He was very genuine and a great guy. The entire company is full of quality and nice people!
