Advice to Management
Stop sitting in your offices watching great people walk out the door. Why invest so much time and effort in training people if you're going to treat them poorly and watch them leave? There's so much potential for it to be a great place to work, but the managers are a let down. As long as they can play golf in peace, they don't care about their team of hard working advisors.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bet365 (Stoke-on-Trent, England (UK)) in April 2018.
I applied on Infojobs, then I was called by phone to have a 20 min. interview. The day after I received an e-mail where they invited me to go in Stoke for a face to face interview, which I did. They arranged the taxy transfer from the airoport and payed the flights tickets.
The bet365 employees didn't let the dull weather put them off as they brightened up the office by dressing up in their best Hawaii outfits! All the proceeds will be going to Donna Louise Children's Hospice
